Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement research strategies to build and nurture talent pipelines
• Provide candidate market intelligence and connect hiring managers with world-class talent
• Identify, engage, and screen passive candidates for open and future roles

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Talent Researcher/Sourcer
• Experience building high-performing teams in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor others
• Experience sourcing ML Engineers preferred
