Job Summary
To support client recruiting needs, the part-time Senior Talent Sourcer will identify and engage US-based passive candidates for RPO and Retained Search roles, conducting structured phone and video screens while managing candidate communication and tracking in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build targeted sourcing lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search for various roles across multiple functions
- Conduct structured phone and video screens with candidates, maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication
- Provide weekly sourcing updates to the Practice Leader, detailing pipeline status and candidate engagement activities
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience across various role levels
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Demonstrated ability to write effective outreach messaging that elicits responses from passive candidates
- Experience conducting structured phone or video screens and documenting results for review
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
