Senior Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

Owning the top-of-funnel sourcing process, the full-time Senior Talent Sourcer will build targeted sourcing strategies, proactively engage candidates across multiple platforms, and collaborate with recruiters to create high-quality candidate pipelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies across various functions including Engineering, Product, and Operations
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within a high-growth tech company
• Proven track record in outbound sourcing and pipeline creation
• Proficiency in advanced search techniques, including Boolean logic and X-ray search
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and a strong interest in evolving sourcing methodologies
