Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Talent Specialist - Data/AI Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a global network of language/non-language/subject matter experts professionals
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle including recruitment, negotiations, assessments, and onboarding
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, preferably in freelancer sourcing or talent acquisition
• Proven track record of building and managing a global vendor ecosystem
• Experience with compliance and risk management processes
• Familiarity with vendor management tools and related technologies
• Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
