Senior Task Order Quality Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Task Order Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance for a Department of Defense contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures program performance meets or exceeds approved SLAs
• Develops and implements quality control plans, conducts compliance audits, and trains quality staff
• Reports findings and recommends process optimizations based on quality performance evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Technical BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience with a BA/BS degree, or 10 years with a high school diploma or associate degree in a related role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting Department of Defense projects, particularly in network modernization
• Certification as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) by the American Society of Quality Excellence (ASQE) is preferred
