Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Tax Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tax Account Managers while managing performance and career development
• Oversee tax account management to ensure effective delivery of tax services and implement process improvements
• Enhance customer relationships through regular engagement and strategic planning, serving as an escalatory contact for sensitive tax issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of leadership experience in a Tax Service Bureau environment
• Functional knowledge of human resources outsourcing with emphasis on payroll, tax, and garnishments
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Extensive experience with internal BPaaS processes and procedures is preferred
