Senior Tax Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for various business entities and individuals
• Deliver proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services while mentoring junior team members
• Conduct tax research, ensure compliance with current laws, and lead virtual advisory meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years in a public accounting firm
• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience with successful tax seasons
• Experience in both tax and accounting, including QuickBooks
• EA or CPA track is required
