Senior Tax Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and filing of various tax forms and reports, including Forms 990, 1120, and 5500
• Assist with tax matters related to foreign nationals and ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation
• Research and document tax law developments to communicate their impact on the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of related work experience in public accounting or internal tax, focusing on non-profit tax
• Knowledge of non-profit and public charity tax law and regulations
• Experience with Form 990 and related reporting issues
• CPA, MST, and/or JD is a plus
