Senior Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage income tax compliance, planning, and reporting activities for a partnership
• Oversee all aspects of a Tax Receivable Agreement and partnership structure within a corporate group
• Stay current with US and international tax law legislation and updates

Qualifications and Experience:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant), Masters in Taxation preferred
• 15+ years of tax experience in a publicly traded multinational company or Big Four
• Familiarity with subchapter K concepts and Tax Receivable Agreements
• Experience in high tech/software industry preferred
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with tax provision tools
