Senior Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes tax strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and manages tax risk across various jurisdictions
• Advises executive leadership on tax implications of strategic initiatives and monitors global tax law changes
• Builds and leads the internal tax function, overseeing tax filings and managing tax audits and examinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent work experience may substitute for a degree
• At least 10 years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting and in-house roles
• Strong experience in partnership taxation and mergers & acquisitions
• Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, global business environment
• Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a positive workplace culture
