Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Tax Manager (Remote) to lead federal, state, local, and foreign tax compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and filing of all federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns
• Manage tax audits and coordinate responses with external advisors as needed
• Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 12+ years of experience
• Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and audit management
• Strong understanding of federal, state, local, and international tax regulations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
