Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to lead and manage tax operations with a focus on indirect taxes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and use tax compliance, including registrations, filings, and audits
• Lead the quarterly and annual tax provision process in accordance with ASC 740
• Monitor tax legislation and provide tax planning and advisory support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of tax experience in public accounting and industry roles
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA, MST, or equivalent credential
• In-depth knowledge of sales & use tax and indirect taxes
• Hands-on experience with ASC 740 tax provision preparation
