Senior Tax Manager, SALT

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Tax Manager, SALT to lead complex engagements in sales & use, state income, and franchise tax matters while advising clients on multi-state tax issues and supporting practice growth initiatives in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex SALT engagements across various tax areas
• Serve as a trusted advisor on nexus, apportionment, and multi-state planning
• Mentor and develop team members while identifying growth opportunities for clients

Required qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of SALT experience in public accounting or consulting
• Strong background in sales & use tax with knowledge of state income and franchise tax
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and client engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, MST, or JD strongly preferred
