Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Team Lead of Network Operations for Fleet, Partner & Merchant Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Information System Engineers to ensure execution of simulation and testing activities
• Manage the merchant certification process, ensuring compliance with operational and technical standards
• Deliver monthly performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical team management or leadership within a systems engineering or testing environment
• Strong understanding of software testing, systems integration, and vendor certification processes
• Demonstrated experience using workflow/project management tools
• Proven ability to produce and present executive-level reporting and metrics
