Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Team Lead People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People & Culture team to provide impactful support throughout the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted business partner, offering strategic guidance and hands-on support in daily P&C operations
- Oversee People Operations activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in payroll, benefits, and compensation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant P&C/HR experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the tech industry
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR certifications required
- Solid expertise in HR fundamentals such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and employment law
- Experience as a business partner to managers and senior stakeholders with strong consulting and advisory skills
