Senior Team Manager

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of a regional team, the full-time remote Senior Team Manager will oversee client delivery, ensuring performance metrics are met while fostering team development and maintaining proactive client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage client team performance, including evaluations and work distribution
• Develop succession plans and individual development plans for the Project Management team
• Coordinate study milestones and maintain proactive communication with clients regarding project status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline
• 2 or more years of people leadership experience, including managing leaders with direct reports
• 2 or more years of experience leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
