Senior Team Manager, Client Delivery

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Team Manager, Global Client Delivery, to join their Central Labs Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of client team members, including performance metrics and evaluations
• Develop the Project Management team and ensure management of study milestones and client communication
• Instill a culture of continuous improvement and monitor resolution of client escalations and service failures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 or more years of people leadership experience, including managing leaders with direct reports
• 2 or more years of experience overseeing pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in life science or related discipline
• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience in Central Laboratory Services
