Senior Team Manager, Client Delivery

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time Senior Team Manager, Client Delivery to manage day-to-day operations of client teams, oversee performance metrics, and ensure the successful delivery of project management services while fostering team development and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operations of assigned client team members, focusing on performance metrics and accountability
• Develop the Project Management team through succession planning and individual development initiatives
• Coordinate study milestones and proactively communicate with clients to ensure alignment with their needs and success criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, medical, scientific, technical, or laboratory discipline
• 5 or more years of experience in a leadership role
• 2 or more years of experience managing leaders with direct reports
• 2 or more years of experience in leading pharmaceutical or biotechnology projects
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more members
