Senior Tech Lead

Job Summary

To lead the technical delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms, the hybrid Senior Tech Lead will architect solutions using Sitecore, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment between client requirements and hands-on engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and delivery of Sitecore-based platforms, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices
• Contribute to pre-sales and estimation activities, identifying technical risks and managing project delivery timelines
• Mentor a team of Sitecore developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support broader project goals

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, including expertise in Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP, and/or XM
• 3-5 years of experience leading design and implementation of digital technology solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Sitecore development patterns and familiarity with cloud hosting (Azure/AWS)
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI coding assistants into a professional development workflow
• Solid backend development fundamentals in .NET/C# and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for headless delivery
