Senior Tech Lead (German-speaking)

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Tech Lead (German-speaking) to work in a hybrid capacity, who will architect and lead the technical delivery of enterprise-scale Sitecore-based digital experience platforms, mentor a team of engineers, and ensure alignment between client requirements and solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and delivery of Sitecore-based platforms, defining technical standards and conducting solution design workshops
• Contribute to pre-sales and estimation activities, identifying technical risks and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Mentor and grow a team of Sitecore developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as the primary technical contact for clients

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience, including Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP, and/or XM
• 3-5 years of experience leading design and implementation of digital technology solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong proficiency in Sitecore development patterns and experience with Sitecore composable DXP products
• Demonstrated experience integrating AI coding assistants into a professional development workflow
• Solid backend development fundamentals in .NET/C# and familiarity with modern front-end technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript and React
