Senior Tech Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning the full recruiting lifecycle for Product, Design, UX Research, and Content Design roles, the full-time Senior Tech Recruiter will partner closely with leadership to shape hiring strategies, advise on role definitions, and build strong talent pipelines while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview design, and offer negotiation for Product and Design roles
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner to Design and Research hiring managers, advising on role scoping and co-designing interview processes
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines of passive Design and Research talent through direct sourcing and community engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Design and UX Research
- Proven ability to evaluate design and research talent effectively
- Experience as a strategic partner to hiring managers at the Director level or above
- Strong sourcing instincts for creative talent pipelines
- Familiarity with structured hiring practices and experience with ATS systems like Workday Recruit
