Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer in Bangalore (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for customers and internal teams regarding WorkSpan Support, integration, customization, and functionality
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely solutions
  • Offer technical consultation, proactive support, and maintain accurate documentation for customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, and AWS, Google administration and configuration
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, and knowledge of CRM Salesforce development and customization
  • Familiarity with CRM best practices and industry standards
  • Experience with technical architecture and data model elements
