Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers through Help Desk requests
  • Set up and maintain hardware and software, ensuring compliance with standards
  • Maintain incident/request logs and assist with problem identification and escalation
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT field
  • 6+ months experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Defense Health Agency eQuip Form SF86
  • Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift hours or overnight
