Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers through Help Desk requests
- Set up and maintain hardware and software, ensuring compliance with standards
- Maintain incident/request logs and assist with problem identification and escalation
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience in an IT field
- 6+ months experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Defense Health Agency eQuip Form SF86
- Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift hours or overnight
