Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tech Support Specialist to provide technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, troubleshoot, and respond to Help Desk requests in a 24/7 environment
  • Set up and maintain hardware and software for various devices
  • Educate end-users on resolving hardware and software issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT field
  • 6+ months experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to obtain favorable adjudication for security clearance
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
