Job Summary

Providing remote technical support, the full-time Senior Tech Support Specialist will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to Help Desk requests, and educate end-users on resolving technical problems.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various devices
  • Respond to Help Desk requests in a 24/7 environment, prioritizing workload based on service level agreements
  • Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of equipment and software while maintaining incident logs
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of IT experience or an associate's degree with 1+ year in desktop support
  • 1+ years of experience with network topology and TCP/IP network troubleshooting in a WAN/LAN environment
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting servers, desktops, printers, and remote access issues
  • 1+ years of experience using Active Directory to manage users and groups
  • US Citizenship is required
