Job Summary
Providing remote technical support, the full-time Senior Tech Support Specialist will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, respond to Help Desk requests, and educate end-users on resolving technical problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various devices
- Respond to Help Desk requests in a 24/7 environment, prioritizing workload based on service level agreements
- Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of equipment and software while maintaining incident logs
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of IT experience or an associate's degree with 1+ year in desktop support
- 1+ years of experience with network topology and TCP/IP network troubleshooting in a WAN/LAN environment
- 1+ years of experience troubleshooting servers, desktops, printers, and remote access issues
- 1+ years of experience using Active Directory to manage users and groups
- US Citizenship is required
