Job Summary
Providing remote support, the full-time Senior Tech Support Specialist will answer inbound calls, assist with account setup and identity services, and troubleshoot routine issues while adhering to compliance guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide timely, accurate, and friendly support
- Perform identity verification and assist with authentication and password resets
- Document interactions in CRM and escalate issues that exceed Tier 1 capabilities
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center
- 1+ years of experience with multi-system navigation and basic troubleshooting
