Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to support customer business objectives and manage service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and daily interactions with Managed Services Engineers
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure IT service levels are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage customer technical resources for effective service delivery and escalation
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in IT customer account management, IT managed services, or IT project management
  • Experience working in large remote teams and managing multiple complex projects
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and provide trusted advisor-level service
  • Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk systems; knowledge of Microsoft tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
