Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor and represent the voice of the customer to influence engineering and accelerate customer deployment
- Deliver client-specific initiatives requiring integration, product development, and customization to achieve Positive Business Outcomes
- Manage delivery impediments, risks, and issues while leading cross-functional team initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS/CX/CCaaS domain
- Knowledge of REST/JSON API for system integrations
- Familiarity with software languages such as JavaScript, Java, Ruby, and Python
- Understanding of common enterprise software platforms like SFDC, Dynamics, and Oracle
- High-level knowledge of relational databases and MongoDB
