Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with customers to ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement
- Guide customers in achieving value realization through successful workload execution and continuous enablement
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion to maximize customer platform consumption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager or Data Integration Consultant
- Extensive experience in data integration, data warehousing, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Warehouses/Platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, and BigQuery
- Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Strong understanding of API usage, integration, and version control software (e.g., Git)
