Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to build long-term relationships with customers and help them maximize their cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
- Engage proactively with key accounts to drive customer retention and growth
- Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
- Programming experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go)
- Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
- Experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles in fast-paced environments is preferred
