Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to build long-term relationships with customers and help them maximize their cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultation and design tailored infrastructure architectures for customers
  • Engage proactively with key accounts to drive customer retention and growth
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure with knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation
  • Programming experience in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go)
  • Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
  • Experience in Technical Account Management or similar roles in fast-paced environments is preferred
