Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical consultation and architecture design tailored to customer needs
  • Manage key accounts, driving customer engagement, retention, and growth
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deep knowledge of Linux and distributed systems
  • Programming or development experience with skills in at least one mainstream language
  • Familiarity with provisioning tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
  • Experience in Technical Account Management or related roles is preferred
