Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product adoption and utilization by identifying opportunities within customer business processes
  • Develop strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and proactive support mechanisms
  • Conduct technical enablement sessions and collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technical account management role
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as .NET, Java, or PowerShell
  • Previous experience with RPA platforms and knowledge of cloud technologies
  • RPA certifications preferred or a strong desire to obtain them
