Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new features
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships, engaging proactively to identify additional use cases
- Conduct regular meetings with customer teams and manage feature requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within software or technology
- Deep knowledge in the IGA and Identity Management domain
- Strong understanding of Internet protocols and basic data formats
- Knowledge of networking components and endpoint security technologies
- Basic understanding of Python
