Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager - IGA/Identities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new features
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, engaging proactively to identify additional use cases
  • Conduct regular meetings with customer teams and manage feature requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within software or technology
  • Deep knowledge in the IGA and Identity Management domain
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols and basic data formats
  • Knowledge of networking components and endpoint security technologies
  • Basic understanding of Python
