Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer success through technical leadership and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to design and present tailored solutions for customers
- Lead onboarding and technical enablement for new customers, ensuring rapid time to value
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Software Architecture
- At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Proven ability to architect and integrate SaaS security solutions
- Experience leading pre-sales engagements and post-sales implementation
- A self-starter mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
