Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to drive customer success through technical leadership and solution design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales to design and present tailored solutions for customers
  • Lead onboarding and technical enablement for new customers, ensuring rapid time to value
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering teams
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Software Architecture
  • At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Proven ability to architect and integrate SaaS security solutions
  • Experience leading pre-sales engagements and post-sales implementation
  • A self-starter mindset, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
