Job Summary

- Manage a portfolio of 10+ large and mid-level e-commerce accounts, building trust-based relationships with stakeholders

- Lead client meetings and prepare data-backed presentations that connect performance insights to business goals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing or strategic account management role, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing
- Proven ability to lead analytical and strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytics platforms or performance dashboards
- Experience identifying upsell opportunities aligned with client business goals
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with experience managing difficult conversations professionally
