Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Account Manager I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end guidance for new and existing merchants, including feature calls and optimization sessions
  • Foster long-term business relationships and manage integration and optimization initiatives
  • Lead new feature enablement and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, consulting, or financial services
  • 5+ years experience with back-office OMS and ERP systems
  • Ability to own projects from start to finish
  • Experience in a high-energy environment with dynamic responsibilities
  • Experience working directly with merchants on eCommerce projects is a plus
