Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Guide customers through complex integrations and drive revenue retention and expansion by identifying risks and upsell opportunities
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering, and maintain technical documentation and onboarding resources
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role at a developer tools or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of web authentication, identity management, and related protocols
- Able to read and discuss code with customers across modern web frameworks and debug integration issues
- Proven track record of managing customer accounts and driving retention and expansion
- Experience with CRMs, support platforms, and async communication tools
