Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to support partner onboarding to its Banking as a Service platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementations of new partners and serve as the key technical contact during integration
- Define internal processes to streamline partner onboarding and manage multiple engagements concurrently
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful integration and inform partners of product development roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, data integration, and partner delivery
- Strong understanding of SFTP, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP, REST, SOAP, and OAuth
- Proven ability to manage projects with multiple requirements and maintain holistic plans
- Knowledge of financial services and the fintech ecosystem, with a desire to learn about changing trends
- Experience presenting technical solutions to diverse stakeholder groups
