Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager & Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead post-sale implementation for enterprise customers, managing integration plans and communication
  • Own the post-launch technical relationship for enterprise accounts, monitoring integration health and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Investigate and resolve complex integration issues, while maintaining a knowledge base of troubleshooting guides and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Customer Engineer, or similar role in payments or fintech
  • Direct experience with payments APIs and financial infrastructure integrations
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting API integrations and diagnosing failures
  • Strong familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns
  • Experience managing technical relationships with enterprise customers and coordinating technical issue resolutions
