Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary technical contact
- Provide technical advisory services, guiding customers through implementation and optimization
- Analyze customer data to improve experiences and prepare Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in account management, technical customer success, or consulting
- Hands-on experience with VDI environments, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong understanding of XaaS models and experience with IT Operations, Finance, and Software Engineering stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead software implementation and drive customer adoption
- Experience managing complex technical projects and building strong customer relationships
