Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, serving as the primary technical contact
  • Provide technical advisory services, guiding customers through implementation and optimization
  • Analyze customer data to improve experiences and prepare Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in account management, technical customer success, or consulting
  • Hands-on experience with VDI environments, particularly Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Strong understanding of XaaS models and experience with IT Operations, Finance, and Software Engineering stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead software implementation and drive customer adoption
  • Experience managing complex technical projects and building strong customer relationships
