Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure successful implementation of their products.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer relationships for key CX customers, engaging before go-live and ensuring their success
- Resolve complex problems and provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts
- Maintain effective relationships with assigned accounts, reviewing open issues and ensuring solutions meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications, or customer service
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving proficiency
- Working technical knowledge of contact center software/design/functionality
- Experience in technology implementation and analysis
- Ability to communicate at both technical and functional levels while managing business rapport
