Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical guidance and resolve critical issues for clients throughout their partnership
- Support onboarding of new customers by assisting with integration configurations and validations
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and improving technical documentation and guides
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as TAM or Solutions Engineer
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Strong project management skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with support systems like Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
