Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical guidance and resolve critical issues for clients throughout their partnership
  • Support onboarding of new customers by assisting with integration configurations and validations
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and improving technical documentation and guides
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as TAM or Solutions Engineer
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong project management skills and troubleshooting abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with support systems like Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
