Job Summary

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of EDR/DLP endpoint experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Deep technical background in SaaS-based security and endpoint agent technologies
- Expertise with DLP, Insider Threat, and CASB solutions required
- Practical knowledge of networking and security products
