Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager, Analytics & Data Platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship for enterprise pharma and healthcare agency clients
- Lead onboarding, training, and adoption of analytics and clean room solutions
- Monitor account health, usage, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical and client-facing roles
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role
- Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of HIPAA and data governance
- Strong technical fluency in data infrastructure and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
