Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in customer planning processes to drive sustainable growth
  • Lead implementation of plan configuration changes and manage project delivery lifecycle
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and mentor new hires
Required Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields
  • Prior experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain is required
  • Experience implementing Xactly Products (Incent, Connect, and Extend) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and SQL development skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
