Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in customer planning processes to drive sustainable growth
- Lead implementation of plan configuration changes and manage project delivery lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and mentor new hires
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, or related fields
- Prior experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain is required
- Experience implementing Xactly Products (Incent, Connect, and Extend) is preferred
- Strong understanding of SDLC, RDBMS data structures, and SQL development skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
