Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager Kubernetes / DevSecOps (Federal Platform).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customer conversations as a technical advisor to facilitate platform onboarding and adoption
- Drive platform adoption by assessing technical fit and recommending appropriate services
- Deliver workshops and gather user feedback to improve customer experience and platform usage
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions independently
- Proven track record of driving customer outcomes in technical roles
- Experience in regulated or security-focused environments is preferred
