Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager Kubernetes / DevSecOps (Federal Platform).

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customer conversations as a technical advisor to facilitate platform onboarding and adoption
  • Drive platform adoption by assessing technical fit and recommending appropriate services
  • Deliver workshops and gather user feedback to improve customer experience and platform usage


Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with Kubernetes in production environments
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions independently
  • Proven track record of driving customer outcomes in technical roles
  • Experience in regulated or security-focused environments is preferred
