Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic customers, building long-term relationships with technical stakeholders
- Lead technical engagements, including troubleshooting and performance tuning for JVM-based applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and provide customer feedback for product development
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in senior technical roles such as software engineering or SRE
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles like TAM or solutions architect
- Strong knowledge of Java programming and JVM internals
- Experience tuning and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications
- Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
