Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of strategic customers, building long-term relationships with technical stakeholders
  • Lead technical engagements, including troubleshooting and performance tuning for JVM-based applications
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues and provide customer feedback for product development
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years in senior technical roles such as software engineering or SRE
  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles like TAM or solutions architect
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming and JVM internals
  • Experience tuning and troubleshooting enterprise-scale Java applications
  • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
