Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager (Northeast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and expert on the Wiz platform and cloud security
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and managing project goals
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization and manage a book of strategic customers


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud/cloud-security products
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent advanced experience
  • Expert understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least 2 CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise/strategic customers and building executive-level relationships
  • Practical experience with containerization and DevOps technologies, along with their security implications
