Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager for Southern California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and guide customers through the deployment and operationalization of the Wiz platform
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and addressing technical issues
  • Manage a book of strategic customers, identifying expansion opportunities and advocating for their needs within the organization


Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, preferably in cloud/cloud-security products
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent advanced experience
  • Expert understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least two cloud service providers (CSPs)
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise customers and building executive-level relationships
  • Experience with cloud-security best practices and technologies, including containerization and DevOps
