Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and expert on the Wiz platform and cloud security
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and resolving technical issues
  • Manage a book of business, fostering relationships with key customer contacts and identifying opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud/cloud-security products
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent advanced experience
  • Expert understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least 2 CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
  • Proven track record of managing complex enterprise/strategic customer accounts
  • Experience with cloud-security best practices and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
