Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and expert on the Wiz platform and cloud security
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and resolving technical issues
- Manage a book of business, fostering relationships with key customer contacts and identifying opportunities for expansion
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud/cloud-security products
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent advanced experience
- Expert understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least 2 CSPs (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise/strategic customer accounts
- Experience with cloud-security best practices and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
